Raccolta e Vinificazione:

La raccolta avviene a fine settembre

rispettando l'integritŕ delle

uve che vengono vinificate

utilizzando tecniche tradizionali

affiancate alla moderna tecnologia,

consentendo l'estrazione del colore

e dei tannini nel modo migliore.

 
  Harvest and Winemaking:

The harvest is carried out at the

end of September and respects the

 integrity of the grapes, which are

made into wine using traditional

 techniques alongside modern

 technology, so that the colour and

 tannins

are extracted in the best way.

Maturazione: In barriques di Rovere Francese   Maturation:

in Franch oak barrel

Affinamento:   in bottiglia per 3 mesi.   Ageing: In the bottle for at last 3 months.
Note organolettiche:   Colore rosso rubino intenso, con profumi di frutta fresca e note vanigliate. Corpo elegante ed austero.    Organoleptic Notes:

Intense ruby red colour with

an aroma of fresh fruit with

toasty vanilla notes.

Elegant, austere body.

Superb depth and richness on the nose and palate. Full body, with dried  cherry and plum with hints of orange peel. Chocolate too. This is Brunello like. Tiny producer. Drink now or hold.
